Eligibility for Employee Benefits

All of the Club’s benefit programs apply to all full-time employees. Part time employees are eligible for certain Club benefits, please refer to the individual benefit for clarification.(*)

Holidays*

The Club provides the following eight paid holidays to all full time Shady Canyon employees each year: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. In addition to the observed holidays, all full time employees are eligible for up to two (2) Personal Holidays each year.

*Part time employees who work on a regularly scheduled holiday, will receive partial holiday pay for the hours worked on the holiday. 2 weeks vacation by completion of the first year.
Sick Leave for both full and part time staff.*

Medical Coverage

You may choose either a PPO, HMO or TRIO ACO HMO as your medical provider.

Dental Coverage

You have a choice of either DHMO or DPO Dental Insurance for you and your family.

Vision Coverage

The Club offers Vision Service Plan (VSP) as your vision coverage option.

Life Insurance

Life insurance coverage is fully paid by the Club with a benefit of $20,000. You will need to designate a beneficiary for this benefit.

Supplemental life insurance is available at a discounted rate. Human Resources can provide you with information and an enrollment form for this plan.

Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance

AD&D insurance coverage is fully paid for by the Club and provides a benefit of up to $20,000.

401(k) Unified Savings Plan*

The Club provides a 401(k) retirement plan for all employees, plus a match for all eligible employees.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The EAP offers you and your immediate family a confidential licensed counseling service. The Club pays 100% of this benefit, which provides professional counseling services for problems related to marriage, family, substance abuse, eating disorders, finances, legal matters, stress, and others.
